Stop whatever yous are doing and go make this super yummy snack!

Seriously, if yous are a fan of pina colada flavor {i.e. coconut and pineapple} y'all are absolutely going to love this mix! Plus, popcorn is a fantastic low calorie, high fiber snack and calculation a little centre healthy kokosnoot oil gives it fantastic flavor.

Pina Colada Popcorn

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon unrefined kokosnoot oil

2 tablespoons dried pineapple, chopped*

ane tablespoon stale coconut flakes*

1/8 teaspoon ocean salt

Directions:

Microwave kokosnoot oil in a drinking glass dish for about 30 seconds or until melted. Put popped popcorn in a basin and drizzle with coconut oil. Toss in stale pineapple, coconut and salt. Enjoy!

*Stale fruit often has tons of added sugar, so if yous can find it, get for unsweetened freeze stale pineapple and unsweetened coconut. I constitute these gorgeous unsweetened coconut flakes in the majority bins at our local wellness food store. The big chunks added bang-up flavour.

200 calories, 9g fat, 26g carbs, 4g fiber, three.5g protein
